General
All purchases made online at Forest Axes are fulfilled through Forest Axes and/or its authorized vendors. Orders placed on our website include applicable shipping and handling charges as part of the final transaction.
Payment Methods
We currently accept the following payment methods:
- Zelle
- Apple Pay
- Cash App
- Bitcoin
- Bank Transfers
- PayPal (Friends and Family)
We do not accept personal checks, business checks, cashier’s checks, money orders, or other payment methods not listed above.
Order Cancellations
Please confirm that you have selected the correct parts or equipment before placing your order.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. If you cancel an order after the shipping confirmation has been sent, a 25% restocking fee will apply and be deducted from your original payment method.

sales@forestaxes.comIf the cancellation request is received after the carrier has picked up the shipment, outside business hours, or during weekends or holidays, additional charges of up to 15% plus freight costs may apply.
Special Order Items
Special order items are products that are not normally stocked and must be specially ordered for the customer.
Please note:
- No returns are accepted on special order parts
- No returns are accepted on electrical parts
- Special order equipment returns require pre-approval

Restocking Fees
The following restocking fees apply:
- 25% restocking fee on returned parts
- 20% restocking fee on equipment
Customers must obtain pre-approval before returning merchandise. An RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number will be issued and must be clearly marked on the return packaging.
Returned products must:
- Be unused and in saleable condition
- Include original packaging
- Not be opened, damaged, or altered
Forest Axes reserves the right to refuse any return request.
Refund Policy
Returns may take up to 5 business days to arrive at our warehouse. Once inspected and approved, refunds are processed within 48 hours to the original payment method.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Returns
Returns are not accepted after 15 days from the delivery date.
Please note:
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
- No returns on special order parts
- No returns on electrical parts
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
- COD deliveries are not accepted

In some cases, products may ship directly from our vendors to reduce delivery times. Drop shipping is used only when necessary due to stock availability and cannot be requested by customers.
Pricing
Prices displayed on Forest Axes are subject to change without notice. However, confirmed orders will not change in price unless there is a pricing error or omission.
Typographical Errors
Forest Axes reserves the right to cancel orders placed for products listed with incorrect pricing due to typographical or system errors.
If a payment has already been processed, the customer will receive a full refund for the incorrect amount charged.
Backorders
All online orders are shipped complete. We do not process backorders for parts, equipment, or products purchased online.
Competitive Pricing
Forest Axes does not price match competitors. We focus on offering quality products, expert support, and reliable customer service backed by over 30 years of industry experience.
Shipping Errors & Damaged Shipments
Customers should inspect all deliveries immediately upon arrival.
Any shipping errors, damaged products, or missing items must be reported within 14 days of delivery. Forest Axes will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue at no additional cost when reported within the required timeframe.
Please keep all packaging materials for inspection purposes.
Defective Products
If you believe you received a defective product, contact us immediately.
Forest Axes will assist with warranty claims and manufacturer-approved repairs where applicable. Products that have been misused, modified, neglected, or improperly installed are not covered.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping options are available during checkout. If a product becomes temporarily unavailable after ordering, we will notify you and ship the order using the selected shipping speed once inventory is replenished.
California Restrictions
Certain equipment and engines may not be available for shipment to California due to emissions regulations. Customers will be notified if restrictions apply to their order.
