Order Dispatch

Once your order is received, Forest Axes aims to dispatch products within 1–2 business days.

If an item is temporarily on backorder, delivery may be delayed. In this case, our team will contact you with an update.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. We partner with trusted shipping carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

Please note that shipping costs displayed at checkout are estimates only. Additional charges may apply in certain situations, including:

Tailgate service fees
Re-delivery charges
Remote area surcharges

Free Shipping

Some products qualify for free shipping. However, additional delivery surcharges may apply to certain locations.

If your area is not eligible for standard free delivery, you may be able to collect your order from a nearby shipping depot.

Re-Delivery Policy

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address and ensuring someone is available to receive the order.

If delivery cannot be completed and the driver determines it is unsafe to leave the package unattended, a collection card may be left for pickup instructions.

Additional delivery attempts may result in extra charges.
