Dispatch
Once an order is received, Forest Axes will aim to dispatch the goods within 1-2 business days. In cases where the products are on backorder, delivery may be delayed and the customer will be notified
Shipping
Freight charges will be shown at checkout*. We partner with world class shipping companies to make sure your order get to you on time and in good condition.
*The shipping amount shown at checkout is an estimate. Additional charges may incur outside of the shipping cost quoted, these include tailgate service charges, redeliveries and remote area surcharges.
Free shipping
For products with free shipping offered, a surcharge may apply to some suburbs for home deliveries. Alternatively, you can collect the item from a local depot*. Our staff may contact you for further discussion when your location is not eligible for free shipping.
(*Selected depots only, a surcharge may apply to some depots, we will discuss a solution with you in this case. Forest Axes reserves the right to hold off the dispatch until the associated surcharge is paid for by you.)
Re-delivery
Buyers have full responsibility to provide the correct address and sign for delivery. If for any reason we miss you on the delivery day, and the driver doesn’t deem it safe to leave the item, a card will be left for you to call the depot to collect the item. A second delivery may incur extra charges.
