Overall I scored it good, but gave one star less due to one item not being sent at the same time as the other two with all 3 items being on the same order. If something is on back order that’s fair enough but there wasn’t any communication to advise me which lead to me emailing them.

Item arrived in the suggested time scale but would liked to have had more updates on order progress.

The price was good, the actual delivery was good. The helpful young lady answering the phone was good.
